Admission to D.El. Ed Programme:
Eligibility:
Candidates with at least 50% marks in Intermediate (+2) or its equivalent examination (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC).
Procedure for Counseling and Admission:
All admissions to the D.El.Ed. Programme will be made through a Common Entrance Test to be conducted by the College.
- On the basis of their performance in the entrance test, depending on their rank in the merit list of their respective category and subject category, candidates will be called for counseling. Display of name in the counseling list does not indicate final selection for admission. The list of candidates selected will be prepared strictly in order of merit, based on their performance in the Entrance Test.

The candidates shortlisted for the counseling session must be present at the stipulated date and time, along with:
1. Photo ID Proof
2. Admit Card of Entrance Test
3. Two Photographs
4. Original and two sets of photocopies of relevant documents. - The candidates screened through the counseling will have to complete the admission related formalities within the stipulated period of time. If they fail to do so, the offer will be withdrawn and the seats will be allotted to candidates next in the merit list during the subsequent counseling. Their selection will stand automatically cancelled without any further notice. Candidates whose results are awaited at the time of application, and have passed the Common Entrance Test will be considered for admission only if their results are available at the time of counselling.
- The candidates selected for admission to the D.El.Ed. Programme, are required to complete the admission related formalities within the stipulated period of time including payment of requisite fees at the time of admission.

Admission to D.El.Ed will be considered complete subject to the following:
a. Payment of fee withing the prescribed time-limit.
b. Submission of two latest paassport size photographs of the candidate and all requisite original certificate & documents along with the attested photocopies
Documents required for Counseling and Admission:
- High School/Secondary School Certificate for verification of date of birth.
- Detailed Statement of Marks in Higher Secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination.
- Provisional certificate or degree of the qualifying examination.
- Relevant certificates/documents from a competent authority, establishing the candidate's claim for reservation, for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
- Character Certificate from the institution last attended or any gazetted officer(valid for six months from the date of issue).
- In case of candidates in service, a No Objection Certificate from the employer and a letter of sanction of study leave for a period of two years.
